How we work with you in 6 easy steps.

1. You send us content, typically a word document, images, PDF’s, videos – links or the entire video, and translations (if multilingual) or use our translators.
2. We then take your branding specs, logos, etc. and hand-craft HTML newsletters or other email marketing pieces. Did you know there are 10,000 different ways the same email can be rendered in a client’s inbox? (Depending on the device, images, type of text, table structure, etc. – and don’t get us started on Microsoft Outlook!) That’s why we hand-code and test each email before broadcasting.
3. We send you the mock-up (HTML link) and we tweak until you are happy.
4. Then we upload to our secure system along with your database.
5. We broadcast at the specified time and date.
6. You can then login and track the results of the broadcast. See who opened it, clicked on links, etc. Then pass those leads to sales or management if you like.

Trade Show Invite E-Blast

When one of our customers wanted to send an invite with a featured machine that was going to be at Expo Pack in Guadalajara, they send us their images and wording (Spanish) and we created an HTML email in accordance with their branding specs, complete with links to the company website.

Important note: This email is not one large image. We hand coded the wording in parts of this email so that the recipient could see the content, even if images were not turned on. This is important because so many email are not seen at all because people do not choose to render images until they see what the email is about.

We sent this a few times leading up to the show.

E-Newsletters (in multiple languages if needed)

We love e-newsletters. Why? Because they can feature customer stories, product videos, personnel updates, upcoming events and links to product lines. They can even be multi-lingual, meaning no matter what country you are sending to, they can read the newsletter in their language.

We have a few different ways we handle multi-lingual newsletters. We can house separate lists and send each individual list their own version in the appropriate language, or we can create one version with links to the other languages at the top of the newsletter. Both work equally well although tracking is more complete with separate lists.
